That part of the thread is just such a mess. Even the person they were arguing against, who low-key agreed "don't treat queer people like shit" didn't come across as great, which hits such as 'I wouldn't choose being LGBT for myself, I don't want that' and 'most of them are young and confused' and overall framing being queer as a choice that isn't for themself.
