The National Tile Museum is located about a mile and a half northeast of Alfama. You can reach the museum by riding the 759 bus and getting off the Igreja Madre Deus stop.

Opening hours are: 10 am to 6 pm, last entry 5:30 pm. Closing at lunch time depends on if there is no staff... it will have to be confirmed on the same day.
