It depends on your own ability and the lost sector. 99% of the time though, Legend will be less hassle and work out better in the long run. Seems around 25% for legend and 30-35% for master. You're much better off doing legend sectors. The extra time just isn't worth it. Strongly recommend Perdition, Chamber of Starlight, and Aphelion's Rest if you're experienced and want to speed run.
