I have a Glenfield model 30, 30A, and 30GT, to go along with a 336 in .35 cal., and a Model 39 Mountie. Its been said the Glennies shoot more accurately than the 336's because of the fore arm end cap. I can't speak to that really, but they have turned me into a Marlin fan.
