The 30S has the SF frame. The SF, regular and Gen4 frames are the same width. The grip, front to back, is shorter on the SF and Gen4 models than on the regular G30. Glock should just make the SF models the standard now. There really isn't any point in having the current standard frame anymore.

Have the 30SF, 30S, 19, 26, and a 21. The 30 grip with 10 rd mag feels best. In live fire I find either 30 variant more controllable and accurate vs the 9s or the 21. The 30SF is the more comfortable 30 to shoot. I use it for practice, and as a woods gun loaded with heavy cast or Lehigh penetrators. Prefer the 30S with JHPs for carry.
