At my store we have 3 different screens to look at for mobile orders and they’re scattered across the store. By drive thru window there is a screen that will show the whole On The Go Order (food, drinks, and pastry’s), there’s a drink screen that will only show the drinks for that order, and the sandwich station screen which will show all the hot food items.

From what I know at my store, if you scheduled a mobile order for a specific time the store won't get it until that time. So if you scheduled the pickup for 10:30am, and you arrive at that time (or before), then you'll be waiting until the order comes through and for them to get your donuts ready. Ah, okay.
