During setup of my new DirectTV streaming box I am prompted to press the fast forward and fast reverse buttons simultaneously for three seconds to perform updates. When I do this the blue lights start flashing but the process stops and the remote is not updated. I cannot get past this point.Directv Stream Remote will not pair.
