Seems it works differently depending on the attention level of enemies. Even with Legendary Camo if i use it while fighting enemies (so they are already in alert/combat mode) they will still see me but their fire rate is lower and they act more stupid. Legendary camo works fine, and the other camos work if you don't have any points in Ghost (but synaptic Accelerator still gets used as if the enemies could see you).
