The Cox app tells me there are intermittent outages and invites me to sign up for text updates. When I request an UPDATE by text the message is that "the outage has been cleared."

There are outages in my area consistently at least once or twice a week. It’s not an issue with my equipment it’s literally just an area wide outage.
