For example fire a single shot in single fire mode, notice how the crosshair settles back to where it was after recoil. IIRC, more population = more stutters. I think a lot of people feel the same thing in the current Gamma now. It seems that the stalker population does not recover fast enough to keep up with the speed of losing stalkers, but this is just purely a guess of mine. And I guess ZCP option might be the only way.
