I checked all of the passages in the carb. The only one that I cannot get cleaner through is the idle circuit passage on the bottom half of the carb. Regarding restarting after it floods what I do is 1) shut off fuel, 2) drain the carb, 3) wait about five-ten minutes 4) turn fuel back on 5) restart.
